In partnership with
corporations and corporate foundations, IIE Rocky Mountain implements programs
to identify and nurture outstanding students and professionals from key
countries and fields of study, and bring them together periodically for

Scholarship Programs
IIE Rocky Mountain arranges scholarship programs for
companies and corporate foundations to support study overseas. All programs are
tailored to the sponsor's needs and can include publicity and recruitment,
selection of candidates by an impartial panel, placement at appropriate
institutions, and financial/academic monitoring of grantees throughout their
studies.
Independent International
Study
Through its offices in the United States and overseas,
IIE delivers Intercultural Management Services that meet the needs of
corporations in planning and implementing overseas assignments. IIE can help
your company manage the challenges of dealing with other cultures and business
practices, whether arranging for a short conference or an extended assignment,
and in smoothly executing expatriate tours of duty. We will meet with you to
outline a program and budget that fit your requirements. The cornerstone of our
service is personalized, in-depth cross-cultural training, which addresses the
culture and business practices of the country involved (including the United
States) and practical advice for living and working in that country. It is
designed to promote better working relationships and ease the adjustment of
assignees to their new surroundings.
Membership
Programs
IIE Rocky Mountain offers three levels of
membership for corporations. Support of IIE will help continue to foster
mutual understanding, build global problem-solving capabilities, create the
human resources needed to build democratic, pluralistic societies, and
strengthen the international competence of U.S. citizens.
Networking Events
IIE has a long history of providing global companies with
human resource services, as well as creating customized, innovative programs
that help companies meet their philanthropic goals.
Recruitment Services
IIE's Global Careers
Service can help global employers find talented candidates who are pre-screened,
US-educated international professionals returning to their countries of origin
and US professionals with international education and/or work experience,
interested in either a domestic or international assignment. Additionally, IIE's
Locator Reports provide detailed information on the numbers of students in
targeted fields at each level of study on each US campus, enabling efficient and
highly focused recruitment efforts.
