Customized to each group of participants, the GlobaLeadership Exchange features a variety of experiences designed to help participants build their confidence as leaders and empower them to be change agents in their respective home communities. It includes both intensive workshops and meetings with local leaders, site visits to civic and cultural sites, and dialogues with peer groups and organizations. We work with you and your organization to build a program specific to your group’s goals and needs.
